The one we have prepared is mushroom, coriander, and the vegan pork. All you need is mushroom seasoning, soya sauce, some oil, and some juice. This one I use mixed juice, and a cube of vegan broth and some water. Now you put some water, just you can add in the bouillon already into the water. And put some mushroom seasoning, a little soya sauce. And two tablespoons of oil, and also a quarter cup of juice. And now, the water boiled already, I also put coriander in together so that the flavor will soak into the food. Now we just leave it there, cover it. Stir it up evenly, let the water cover it, just nicely covered. So we let it simmer for a while. You let it simmer, low heat, and for maybe ten minutes, that should be fine.

Today, we’re going to prepare a very simple, quick, tasty snack for yourself and your family. And we preheat the pan. Now we’re going to warm the tortillas in that pan. When it’s golden brown like this on one-side, that should be done; you turn to the other side and do the same stuff. Now, we put it on the plate here. Now, it’s up to you to smear (vegan) butter on your crispy, warm tortilla or not. It would taste delicious without butter at all. Now what we do is throw the tomatoes on it. Now you just spread the onions (optional) that you sliced earlier. Just spread them on top of the tomatoes. Now, we're using black pepper and salt. Use just like a quarter of a teaspoon, more or less. Now, you put the peppermint on top of the tortilla, tomatoes, and onions. You can sprinkle a little Maggi on top, and there, here it is! This is the end; you enjoy it already. It’s very quick and absolutely tasty. Very tasty.
