Ingredients |

(For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available) 2 potatoes 1 bell pepper 1 carrot Cabbage 1 head of cauliflower 1 tomato 1 cup green peas 3 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 3 spoons oil Water

Directions (to preparing):
- Take 2 potatoes and peel them, then cut them into cubes
- Take the carrots and cut it into pieces
- Take the bell pepper. And cut it into cubes
- Cut the tomato
- Cut some cauliflower
Directions (to make traditional mixed vegetables):
- Turn on the stove
- Put 3 spoons of oil in it
- Put 3 cloves of garlic that have been cut
- Keep the flame low
- When it becomes brown, we will add 1 teaspoon coriander and 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon salt
- After that, we will add a bit of water
- Add carrot, cabbage, tomato, cauliflower, bell pepper, potato, and the peas into this saucepan
- Add 1 glass of water
- Cover it
- Cook them in15 minutes, leave it on a low flame
- Keep mixing it slowly
- Add parsley. And some spices. It will give it a nice aroma, and it will also taste good
- When the water has evaporated, take it off
- Put the vegetables in a dish
- Ready to serve
